Individuals, businesses, churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, civic groups, foundations, and community partners may submit sponsorship inquiries for review. Opportunities depend on program availability, mission alignment, operational capacity, funding needs, timing, and mutual agreement.

OTR Community will review each inquiry and determine the most appropriate structure based on the proposed support, organizational policies, legal requirements, and the interests of both parties.
How the Sponsorship Process Works
1. Submit Inquiry
Identify your sponsorship interests, organization, available support, preferred program, and intended objectives.
2. Review
OTR Community reviews the inquiry for alignment, feasibility, program need, timing, and operational readiness.
3. Discussion
Qualified inquiries may proceed to a meeting, follow-up questions, or sponsorship-planning discussion.
4. Define Terms
The parties define the contribution, purpose, timeline, recognition, reporting, responsibilities, and limitations.
5. Approval
A sponsorship becomes active only after the appropriate parties approve and document the arrangement.
Before You Submit
Please provide your full name, organization, contact information, sponsorship interest, proposed contribution, preferred program or event, timing, promotional expectations, and any conditions associated with the proposed support.
Accurate and complete information will help OTR Community determine whether an appropriate sponsorship opportunity is available.
Sponsorship Review
Submission of this inquiry does not constitute a sponsorship agreement, financial commitment, contract, partnership, endorsement, advertising authorization, or approval to use OTR branding.
Sponsorship opportunities, recognition, benefits, publicity, participation, placement, exclusivity, naming rights, and other terms are subject to program availability, organizational policy, leadership approval, and a mutually accepted written agreement.
Branding and Authorization
No prospective sponsor may use OTRNO, OTR Community, CommunityImpact, WeAre OTR, WeAre Su-Su, or related names, logos, marks, images, or public statements without written authorization.
No representative may promise tax treatment, financial returns, token benefits, investment performance, exclusivity, endorsements, or sponsorship benefits beyond those formally approved.
