The Leadership Council serves as a collaborative body of community leaders, ministry leaders, business professionals, educators, volunteers, and stakeholders committed to strengthening communities, supporting strategic initiatives, and advancing the mission of OTR Community.
Council Status
Status: Active and Developing
The Leadership Council is a developing leadership and advisory structure. Membership, appointments, committees, responsibilities, meetings, and decision-making authority may continue to evolve as OTR Community expands.
Why Leadership Matters

Purpose of the Leadership Council
The Leadership Council exists to encourage collaboration, provide strategic guidance, support community engagement, and help strengthen programs and initiatives operating within the OTR Community ecosystem.

The Leadership Council welcomes qualified community leaders, ministry leaders, business owners, educators, nonprofit leaders, public servants, ambassadors, volunteers, professionals, and individuals committed to ethical leadership, service, collaboration, and community prosperity.

Leadership Participation Pathway
1. Connect
Join OTR Community and learn about its mission, programs, groups, and leadership structure.
2. Participate
Attend forums, support projects, volunteer, partner, or contribute professional and community experience.
3. Demonstrate
Show integrity, reliability, service, sound judgment, cooperation, and commitment.
4. Prepare
Complete applicable orientation, leadership development, review, or approval requirements.
5. Serve
Support approved advisory, planning, outreach, governance, or leadership responsibilities.
Leadership Values
Council Expectations
Council participants are expected to communicate honestly, protect confidential information, disclose relevant conflicts of interest, prepare for meetings, respect organizational authority, and support decisions and responsibilities in a professional manner.
Participation does not automatically authorize a person to represent OTRNO, sign agreements, collect funds, make financial commitments, approve projects, direct staff or volunteers, or speak publicly on behalf of the organization.
Joining OTR Community or expressing interest does not guarantee Council appointment, voting authority, compensation, employment, reimbursement, or any other leadership role.
