We believe communities prosper when people intentionally work together around shared purpose, mutual responsibility, economic participation, education, and service.

Through the On The Rise Community, we affirm that progress should not be limited to individual achievement alone. Sustainable progress is strengthened when individuals, families, businesses, churches, ministries, organizations, and community leaders cooperate in ways that create opportunity for others as well as themselves.
