OTR Community is accepting inquiries from organizations interested in supporting approved programs, events, training, outreach, Marketplace activity, CommunityImpact initiatives, and community-development projects.
Purpose of Partnership
Partnership allows organizations to combine knowledge, relationships, facilities, professional skills, volunteers, technology, financial support, and other resources around shared community priorities.
Potential areas of cooperation include community empowerment, outreach, education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, small-business support, family strengthening, volunteer service, research, training, and responsible economic participation.
The objective is not simply to create organizational affiliations. The objective is to establish practical relationships that produce clear responsibilities, coordinated action, and measurable community benefit.
Church & Ministry Partnerships
Collaborate on forums, outreach, training, family support, youth development, volunteer service, and faith-centered community initiatives.

Support Marketplace participation, vendor development, sponsorship, professional services, referrals, entrepreneurship, and local economic activity.

How the Partnership Process Works
1. Submit an Inquiry
Provide information about your organization, interests, resources, and proposed area of cooperation.
2. Initial Review
OTR Community reviews mission alignment, organizational readiness, program needs, and potential risks.
3. Discussion
The parties discuss objectives, responsibilities, timelines, resources, communication, and expected outcomes.
4. Agreement
Where appropriate, responsibilities are documented through a written agreement, project plan, or confirmation.
5. Implement & Review
Approved activities are carried out, documented, evaluated, and improved as necessary.
Partnership Is Built on Shared Purpose
The strongest partnerships are not built on temporary convenience. They are built on mission alignment, integrity, mutual respect, clearly defined responsibilities, practical cooperation, accountability, and measurable community benefit.
Partnership Expectations
Prospective partners should provide accurate information, communicate openly, disclose relevant conflicts of interest, follow applicable laws and policies, protect confidential information, and avoid making unauthorized representations or commitments on behalf of OTRNO or OTR Community.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, employment relationship, financial commitment, exclusivity arrangement, endorsement, or authorization to use OTR branding.
A partnership should be considered approved only after it is confirmed by an authorized OTR representative and, where appropriate, documented in writing.
