What is OTR Community?
OTR Community is an online Community of Communities designed to connect individuals, families, businesses, churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and partners through education, collaboration, service, outreach, and shared prosperity.
Who can join?
Individuals and organizations that support the mission and agree to follow applicable community standards may participate. Certain groups, programs, or leadership roles may require additional registration, approval, training, or screening.
Is membership free?
Many community features are available through standard membership. Certain events, training programs, products, services, campaigns, or specialized initiatives may have separate fees, contributions, eligibility requirements, or participation terms.

What is CommunityImpact?
CommunityImpact is an initiative designed to organize community programs and projects, support participation, document contributions, evaluate progress, and measure community outcomes.
What is WeAre OTR?
WeAre OTR is the Community of Communities initiative promoting unity, cooperation, participation, service, economic opportunity, and shared prosperity across the OTR ecosystem.
What is WeAre Su-Su?
WeAre Su-Su is a developing cooperative savings and financial empowerment pilot built around structured participation, accountability, education, and community cooperation. Participation may be limited while testing and validation continue.
What is Rise2Prosperity, or R2PIP?
Rise2Prosperity is a community engagement and incentive program designed to encourage consideration, cooperation, commitment, collaboration, participation, and positive community activity.
Are these programs guaranteed to produce income or financial returns?
No. Participation in OTR Community programs does not guarantee income, profit, token appreciation, business success, savings growth, or any other financial result. Participants should review applicable program information and make independent, informed decisions.
Training And Resources
Where can I receive training?
The OTR Training Center provides orientation, educational materials, workshops, and practical learning opportunities related to OTR programs, community participation, leadership, digital tools, and approved training topics.
Is training required?
Some programs may require orientation or training before participation. Requirements will be identified on the applicable program page or communicated during registration.
Can an organization request training?
Yes. Businesses, churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and partners may submit a training request. Availability, subject matter, location, and applicable costs are reviewed individually.
Where can I find educational materials?

Participation And Community Engagement
How can I get involved?
You may join the community, attend Community Forums, volunteer, become an ambassador, participate in training, become a vendor, support a campaign, sponsor a program, join a group, or submit a partnership inquiry.
How do I volunteer?
Visit the Volunteer page and complete the Volunteer Inquiry Form. Placement is based on organizational needs, availability, qualifications, conduct expectations, and any required orientation or screening.
How do I become a sponsor?
Visit the Sponsor A Program page to review sponsorship opportunities, then complete the Sponsorship Inquiry Form. Submission of an inquiry does not create a sponsorship agreement.
How do I attend a Community Forum?
Visit the Community Forums or Events section for available meetings, discussions, registration information, and program updates.
How do I become an ambassador?
Complete the Ambassador application or inquiry form. Ambassadors may be required to complete orientation, demonstrate reliability, and comply with established program standards.
Businesses, Churches And Organizations
Can businesses participate?
Yes. Businesses may participate through the Vendor Network, Marketplace, sponsorship, training, partnerships, community events, and other approved economic development activities.
Can churches and ministries participate?
Yes. Churches and ministries may establish a community presence, support outreach, host or participate in forums, request training, sponsor programs, recruit volunteers, and collaborate on community service initiatives.
How do vendors join the Marketplace?
Prospective vendors should complete the applicable Vendor or Business Intake Form. Approval, listings, promotional services, transaction arrangements, and fees may vary by program.
How can an organization become a partner?
Visit the partnership page or submit a contact inquiry describing the organization, its mission, proposed area of collaboration, and the community outcomes it seeks to support.
Privacy, Accounts And Support
How is my information used?
Information may be used to administer membership, respond to inquiries, process registrations, deliver requested services, communicate program information, improve operations, and meet applicable legal or security requirements. What should I do if I cannot log in?
Use the password reset option on the login page. If the problem continues, submit a support or contact inquiry and provide the email address associated with the account.
