The OTR Community Training Center provides practical education, orientation, leadership development, and responsible technology instruction to help members, families, businesses, churches, ministries, and organizations participate successfully within OTR Community, WeAre OTR, CommunityImpact, Marketplace initiatives, and WeAre Su-Su.
Training Center Status
Status: Active and Expanding
Training availability, schedules, instructors, delivery formats, eligibility requirements, fees, participation limits, and course materials may vary. Training may be offered in person, online, through group sessions, or by approved individual appointment.
Purpose of the Training Center
The Training Center exists to help participants become informed, prepared, confident, and responsible. Training supports digital-wallet readiness, WeAre OTR participation, CommunityImpact orientation, Marketplace preparation, ambassador development, leadership growth, and WeAre Su-Su pilot readiness.
The goal is not simply to provide information. The goal is to help participants understand how programs work, recognize their responsibilities, protect themselves from avoidable risks, and participate in a manner consistent with OTR Community standards.
Training content may be adjusted as programs, technology, security practices, regulations, and operational requirements evolve.
Wallet Training
Learn how to download, set up, secure, and use a compatible digital wallet while protecting passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, devices, and transaction information.
WeAre OTR Training
Understand the WeAre OTR mission, ecosystem structure, official token information, community participation pathways, responsibilities, and developing utility applications.
CommunityImpact Orientation
Learn about CommunityImpact forums, projects, volunteer pathways, leadership opportunities, Marketplace participation, reporting, and measurable community outcomes.
WeAre Su-Su Orientation
Understand cooperative participation, approved contribution procedures, accountability, payout processes, member responsibilities, pilot guidelines, and operational limitations.
Marketplace Readiness
Prepare businesses, vendors, entrepreneurs, and service providers for responsible listings, customer service, community engagement, and Marketplace participation.
Leadership Development
Develop communication, accountability, service, planning, conflict-resolution, facilitation, organizational, and community-leadership skills.

How Training Works

Choose the training or orientation most relevant to your needs and intended participation.
2. Review Requirements
Confirm the schedule, format, eligibility, equipment, account, registration, and preparation requirements.
3. Register
Complete the applicable registration, training request, or program-interest process.
4. Complete Training
Attend the full session, ask questions, follow instructions, and complete any required acknowledgment.
5. Participate Responsibly
Apply what you learned while following program procedures, safety practices, and community standards.

Digital-Wallet Security Notice
Never share your wallet recovery phrase, private key, password, authentication code, or other sensitive security information with a trainer, member, administrator, website, or third party.
OTR Community trainers may provide general setup and usage instruction, but participants remain responsible for controlling their devices, accounts, passwords, transactions, wallets, and digital assets.
Training Expectations
Participants are expected to provide accurate registration information, attend on time, follow instructor guidance, protect confidential information, use equipment responsibly, communicate respectfully, and ask questions when instructions are unclear.
Completion of training does not guarantee certification, employment, compensation, program acceptance, financial returns, token appreciation, investment performance, leadership appointment, vendor approval, or any other specific outcome.
